Brian began in the collection industry in 1990 as a salesperson for Southern Oregon Credit Service in Medford, Oregon.  He and his wife Denise purchased the company in 2001 when the owners retired.  Over the years, they shifted the focus of the company from a primarily healthcare collection company with 16 employees to a focus in three primary areas; fiancial services, government debts, and healthcare. CNW  has close to 30 employees with four locations across the northwest.  

Brian has twice served as president of the Oregon Collectors Association and served as the Legislative Chair for over 20 years.  He has served in numerous roles with ACA International including on the Board of Directors, and as a Certified Instructor for over 15 years teaching classes on best-practices across the country.

Brian has been the primary presenter for CNW at their annual Collection Forums for nearly 30 years, bringing insight, humor and experience to the collection seminar!  In addiation to numerous commnunity invovements and working in their company, Brian and Denise love spending time with with their family of four children and seven grandchildren.

Matt has grown up in a life of politics and has worked with Markee & Associates Inc. since 1997.  He is a graduate of Western Oregon University and prior to lobbying he spent time doing family crisis counseling.  Since joining the firm, Matt has become an integral part of the company's success.  As the the Lead Lobbyist and President of the firm, he has built extensive relationships with legislators and staff within the Executive and Judicial branches of government.  Matt also provides in-depth analysis of policital races each campaign.  When Oregon is in Session, you will find Matt in the capitol meeting with legislators, agency and department heads and staff, and testifying on behalf of his cleints.

Robert Sabido specializes in complex business litigation, with an emphasis on consumer financial services and complaince.  Robert represents banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, creditors, debt buyers, collection agencies and attorneys.  

Robert also assists financial service providers in responding to regulatory enforcement actions and investigations, including civil investigative demands (CID) and related inquiries by government regulators.

Before going into private practice, Robert served as an assistant Attorney General in the Appellate and Trial Divisions of the Oregon Department of Justice.
